Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of orders is valid only for 12 hours from placing the order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. If 12 hours have gone since your order placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a cancellation. In case you have any queries regarding cancellation of your order please send an email directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds of received orders is valid only for 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone since your order received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your received item must have a clear sign of source defective or damage or item received is not the same as ordered.

There are certain situations where only PARTIAL refunds are granted (if applicable and approved):
* Any item received not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your request approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (subject to BANK and Credit Card operator policies).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days from our approval reply date, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you need to change ordered item within 12 hours from placing the order, cancel this order and make new order for the new item requested. You will get refunded for the cancelled ordered as per above CENCELLATION AND REFUND terms.
If you need to change a received order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and refer to order number and date at your email. If your request approved, we will send you the items exchange arrangements in the approval email
To accept order change, the item received and need to be changed must be in the same condition as received.
